Ms. Geraldine Polk

Ms. Geraldine Polk was born July 12, 1965. She departed this  her life on July 18, 2023 at Atrium Health Union surround by her family.

Geraldine leaves to cherish her memories her Daughter; Antronett Covington (Justin) of Charlotte, NC, Son; Eric Polk of Polkton NC, Grandchildren; Jaylen, Justin, Janay, Eriyanah, Kennadi, Sahlahyah, Kenzi and Emari. Her Sister Rosemary Sturdivant (Bobby) of Polkton NC , Cora Cash (Bryan) of Wadesboro NC and Regina Polk of Brooklyn NY. Brothers; Casper Polk of Peachland NC, Lee Edward Polk and Jeffery Polk of Polkton, NC.  A special friend Eric Clark and her best friend Lora Sturdivant Richardson and Samuel Bruns. Special Nieces and Nephews; Latosha Polk, Chanel Johnson of Georgia, Samuel Burns Jr, Dutchess Carter of Brooklyn NY, Antwan Marsh, Jamar Gillispie (Stephanie), Umar, Juan Burns, Jerecent Raley, Dondre Polk. 

A Public viewing will take place on Monday, July 24, 2023 from 2:00pm to 5:00pm at Union Funeral & Cremation Service, 704 Walkup Ave, Monroe NC 28110.

Homegoing service will be held on Tuesday, July 25, 2023 at 2:00pm at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church, 1308 Ansonville-Polkton Rd, Ansonville NC 28128.  The family will greet family and friends at 1:30pm prior to the service.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the funeral home.
